How long must it take for you to to learn to say NO?
These are human rights abuses
These actions by the Church are crimes against Humanity
Your actions oppose and defy our Justice System
Your failure to act defies the priciples of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Your failure to act defies the priciples of The Rights of The Chid legislation
Your failure to act makes my Government complicit in the cover up of the sexual abuse of children by clergy
Your failure to act on this is why we call you hypocrite and fool
I could never bring myself to vote for someone who fails my country so easily
Members of my family fought and died to uphold our Democracy. Your failure to act destroys our Democracy
I want no part in your criminal complicity

It is time for an end to all this hypocrisy. Make September 1 the last day we get to read of yet another failure by the leading Christian Church. Demand from the Church a single global policy in response to the global scope of the sex ual abuse of our children and the Churchs' role in its cover up. Victims from around the world have offered September 1 as a date for the global church to clearly put down for all of us just how they are going to repair our society after more than 50 years of cover up.
What is written of here is simply a continuation of centuries of habit of covering up for this Church. The healing victims want and need can only come from the results of making September 1 a global day for the World to see if the Catholic Church actually does have the ability to act appropriately and in a socially responsible manner rather than its socially destructive litany of failures.
What possible reason could there be for not setting a date and to get a single written policy. A Church which is incapable of producing something as simple as that as a first step in ensuring the safety and protection of our children is simply a social failure due to its inability in regards the children of our society and fails the first requirement of being a normal parent and a human being.
